Enhancing Underground Mine Ventilation Through Real-Time Thermal Anomaly Detection.
• Built an anomaly detection pipeline with Isolation Forest to identify ventilation inefficiencies in datasets.

• Applied noise removal and contrast enhancement techniques to enhance the accuracy of anomaly detection.

• Created thermal overlays for intuitive visualization, facilitating efficient detection and optimization of ventilation.

Predictive Risk Management Framework for Credit Card Behavior Scoring.


• Engineered a CatBoost based classification model to predict credit card defaults with high precision and F1-score.

• Optimized a 1,216-feature dataset using PCA for dimensionality reduction and DBSCAN for clustering.

• Achieved F-1 score of 99.60 percent and Precision of 99.26 percent on test data in cross-validation.

Fake News Detection Using Recurrent Neural Networks.


• Leveraged a robust recurrent neural network architecture for precise classification of news articles.

• Implemented advanced text preprocessing, including stemming and tokenization, to optimize data quality.

• Achieved 99.17 percent accuracy in detecting fake news by training an RNN-based sequential model.
