Position Title: Operations Executive (Female)


Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai.
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal
candidate will handle daily operational tasks, manage back-office operations, and actively contribute
to online marketing activities such as email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, and vendor and
customer follow-ups. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and driving engagement
through digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Handle day-to-day back-office tasks, including maintaining records, data entry, and
document management.

• Coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure timely follow-ups and communication.

• Assist in maintaining inventory, orders, and supply chain-related tasks.

• Support the management team with operational and administrative activities.

Online Marketing

• Create and send marketing email campaigns to promote company products and services.

• Conduct WhatsApp campaigns to engage customers and drive leads.

• Assist in managing and updating company social media profiles and website content.

• Track and analyze campaign performance and report results to the management.

Customer & Vendor Follow-Up

• Maintain consistent follow-ups with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and feedback.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Support Functions

• Prepare reports and other documentation as needed.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and other administrative duties.

• Collaborate with other sales & service teams to ensure efficient workflow and project
completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Preferably Bachelor’s degree in science or commerce stream

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, online marketing, or administrative roles.

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o Experience with email marketing tools and WhatsApp Business.

o Basic knowledge of social media marketing and CRM systems is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail and deadlines.

• Personality Traits: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
