1. QUADCOPTER FRAME.

Is the outer shape of the drone. The shape of our drone must full fill our
target of equilibrium and balancing of the weight our drone that it has,
also our shape is determined by equipments we have. for example if we
have 4 motor or 6 motor.our frame is called quadcopter because is
shaped that it has four placement areas of motor or it has four
(4)motor.

Quadcopter frame can help to reduce the requirements needed in our


project. other details is that you frame must have minimum weight. this
frame model example is F330mm.

2. MOTORS.
Motor is other essential component which are attached with the
propellers. The help the propellers to turn in defined direction to help
our drone to take flight. the number of motor used is directed by the
shape denominated by the project maker.in our project we used 4
motors because we choosed to use X shaped drone as it is balanced.
The advantage of this motor is high speed and electronic control.

3. ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROLLERS.


An electronic speed controller is an electronic device used to control
the speed of the motor and the direction also. It follows a speed
reference signal and varies the switching rate of field effect transistors
by adjusting the duty cycle or switching the frequencies of the
transistor the speed can changed. Each motor has its own ESC.

4. FLIGHT CONTROLLER BOARD.
flight controller board is the board in charge of controlling the fying of
the drone and it is the essential part where the ESC are connected to
,and also the receiver.it deals with to fly and land of our drone.

Before using it to your project you to have set that flight controller to
it’s factory reset.

5. PROPELLER.
Propellers are made up of flexible fibre to be unbreakable while crash
landing

also they are tidy to the fan and they convert the motion of motor into
upward thrust to enable our drone to fly up. one pair of propeller is
reserved for 2 motor.

6. A RADIO TRANSIMITTER & RECEIVER.


The transimmiter acts as a controller from the user.it is also
communicating wireless control system. the signal from the
transimitter is received by the receiver placed on the frame of the
drone through the antenna in a receiver. the signal from a receiver is
given to KK2 board. this board will send the signal to all electronic
speed controller and connect direct to the motor. motor is controlled
by the transmitter. the modulation scheme used in between
transimitter and receiver is pulse position modulation(PPM).

7. BATTERY & POWER DISTRIBUTION CABLE.

Battery is a power supplying tool that supply the electricity to the drone
.it is connected to the ESC where the ESC are connected to the motor
and also to the flight controller board. this is the way eletricity is
supplied to our drone.

8. LANDING GEAR.
are the parts of the drone which acts as stands and the help in the
landing of the drone.
