Create a quiz using Google forms

Step 1:
Go to Google Forms by navigating to forms.google.com in your browser.
Step 2:
Click on the Blank form option to create a new form.
Step 3:
Give your quiz a title (e.g., "Math Quiz") and description.
Step 4:
Click on the Settings (gear icon) at the top right of the form, then click on the Quizzes tab.
Step 5:
Start adding questions by clicking the plus (+) button on the right.
Step 6:
To set the correct answer, click on Answer Key at the bottom of the question, select the correct
answer (e.g., 4), and assign points (e.g., 1 point).
Step 7:
Add more questions by repeating Step 5. You can also choose other question types such as short
answer or checkboxes.
Step 8:
Customize the form's theme and background by clicking the palette icon at the top.
Step 9:
Once you’ve added all questions, preview the quiz by clicking the eye icon at the top to make
sure everything works properly.
Step 10:
Click Send to share the quiz. You can send it via email or copy the link to share with students.

this survey to help us improve").
Step 4:
Click on the plus (+) button to add your first question.
Choose the question type (e.g., multiple choice, short answer, or checkboxes).
Example question: "How satisfied are you with the course?" with answer options like
"Very satisfied", "Satisfied", "Neutral", "Unsatisfied".
Step 5:
Add another question by clicking the plus (+) button again.
Example question: "What could be improved in the course?" (Use paragraph type to
allow longer answers).
Step 6:
Continue adding more questions depending on what data you want to gather. You can use other
types of questions like dropdown for specific answers or linear scale for rating questions.
Step 7:
Customize the theme and background by clicking the palette icon at the top to make the
survey more appealing.
Step 8:
Preview the survey by clicking the eye icon at the top to see how it looks and check if it works as
expected.
Step 9:
Click Send and choose how to share the survey, either via email, link, or embedding it into a
website.
Step 10:
Once responses come in, you can view them by going to the Responses tab at the top of the
form. You can also export the results to Google Sheets for further analysis.
