● PERFORMANCE TASK 1
Why is it necessary to undergo teaching internship?
Undergoing teaching internship is an important stage in a journey to
become an effective educator. It gives us hands-on experience in a real
● classroom, helping us to improve teaching abilities and confidence. This
internship allows us to put theoretical knowledge into reality, allowing us to
refine our teaching strategies and make necessary improvements. This
experience also prepares us for the challenges and reality of the profession,
which will improve our preparedness and adaptability.

PERFORMANCE TASK 2
Among the four (4) phases of internship, which seems difficult? Why?

I think Phase 3: On Site Tasks is the most challenging stage for me because
this phase requires me to take on more responsibilities. This is where I have to put
into practice everything I've learned. It's a lot of responsibility and can be
overwhelming, but I'm determined to rise to the challenge and become a confident
and competent teacher.
