AIM:
There are four sheets with same structure – quarterly resultsof sales of a stationery shop,
consolidate the data into a single sheet named Yearly Sales.
A total yearly sales sheet has been made. The steps are: -

Thus, we have created the consolidated data in the final sheet, named Yearly
Sales.
AIM:
Create a template for a certificate, and then use it again and again
instead of making it again fromscratch every time.

PROCEDURE:
1. Type the contents with different styles and formatting.
2. Apply appropriate level of headings from the Styles and Formatting
window.

5. Click on OK.
AIM:
Create a spreadsheet program to calculate the Subtotal to find the total
amount in differentbranches or number of branches for the given table.
In this table, different accounts are recorded and other important fields
(AcctType, Branch, Customer etc.) are present.
RESULT:
Thus, we have created the table and calculated the total amount in
differentbranches or number of branches using the subtotal method.
AIM:
Create a spreadsheet for the following dataset and calculate the profitvalue.
Use multiple operations to check the profit withchanging the sale quantity and the
price.
1. Select the data range with the input cells and space between
them.Do not select the data labels.
Thus, we have calculated the Profit Value using multiple operations for the
given dataset.
AIM:
Using OpenOffice Writer document, create and make a new style in a file
named “File-1” and then import it in another file “File-2”.
PROCEDURE:
1. Firstly, open a new writer document and make the desired style
you like. I have taken my style to have font as Comic Sans MS,
fontsize to be 18 and Italics.
2. Select the text with the formatting. Go to Styles and
Formatting in side bar Click on New Style from
Selection.
3. Write the desired style name in the Style name textbox, here

4. The style gets added and is shown in the Style and Formatting
Menu.
5. Save this file and open another file to which we want to import

Thus, we have created a new style in a file named “File-1” and then
imported it in another file “File-2”.
AIM:
Write the steps to crop an image using different properties and wrap the
image with text.
PROCEDURE:
For this image, I have used Square as the text wrapping asit is easy to
move or place it anywhere on the document after doing so.
RESULT:
Thus, we have cropped the image with keep scale and applied wrap.
AIM:
Create a spreadsheet to calculate profit percentage with cost price and selling
price using scenarios for the given dataset.
PROCEDURE:
1. Select the range of cells that are input and will be changed, here,
Cost Price and Selling Price. Go to Tools Scenarios.
3. Repeat step 2 to add more scenarios and we can see the output
changing.

Thus, we have created the spreadsheet to calculate the profit percentage
using scenario.

Create a heart and sun using drawing objects and show the benefits of grouping in

Write the steps to create instant messaging account for Google Talk.
PROCEDURE:
Google talk is an instant messaging service that provides both text and voice
communication developed by Google Inc. before you start using Google Talk, a
Gmail account is required.
1. Download Google Talk application from www.google.com/talk.
2. Update the list of contacts that are available for chat. If you don’t have any
contacts, you can add their Gmail account to your contact list by sending an
invite.
3. Sign in to your Google Talk Account
4. After signing in into your Google Talk account, you should see a window similar
to the one displayed below. Now the Google Talk application is ready for use.
