QUESTION ONE
a) Consider a satellite control system with a transfer function given by 𝐺(𝑠).

i. Design the satellite control system with observers for a low Earth orbit satellite
with observers to achieve the following specifications:
a) Settling time for 5% tolerance band less than 2 seconds.
b) Overshoot less than 10%.
c) The desired observer poles are located at 𝑠 = −11 and 𝑠 = −11.
d) Zero steady-state error for a unit step input.
ii. Determine the transfer function of the observer controller
