Our Founders
Vikram Dhawan
Founder & CEO
He is a seasoned entrepreneur & consultant with over 20 years of
corporate & startup experience in Wealth Management, Skill Training
& Strategic Real Estate Investments. Starting his career in 2003, he
worked with top BFSI & Real Estate companies in India. Leveraging
this background, he founded several startups, including IRX (Indian
Realty Exchange), a real estate broker aggregator platform
acquired by Quikr India. In 2022, Vikram established Mint Wealth, a
premier investment advisory firm offering innovative financial & real
estate solutions for retail, HNI & corporate clients.
In 2023, he co-founded Mint Skills with Dr. Swati, which provides job ready training programs in BFSI & Real
Estate Sector. In 2024, Vikram expanded his vision globally by launching Mint Global in Dubai, offering wealth
& real estate products to both Indian & NRI clients, marking a significant step in his global expansion strategy.
Dr. Swati Dhawan
Co-Founder
An alumni of SRCC, DSE & FMS, Dr. Dhawan is a distinguished
academician & corporate trainer with over 20 years of experience in
finance & management. She has been a faculty at premier institutions like
Ministry of Corporate Affairs, IIMs, FMS & SRCC & also authored a book
Merchant Banking & Financial Services published by McGraw Hill. She has
also led corporate training programs in several companies like GAIL &
Alchemist. In 2023, she launched Mint Skills, a startup offering job ready
training programs.
She also joined her husband, Vikram Dhawan at Mint Wealth, where she plays a key role in developing
innovative financial strategies for Indian & NRI clients. They have together expanded business globally with the
launch of Mint Global in Dubai, establishing a strong presence in Wealth Management & Real Estate
Investments.
