The research underscores the critical
importance of teamwork skills in personal,
academic, and professional spheres,
prompting universities to incorporate them
into their curricula. The research focused
on assessing teamwork skills among
Spanish university students, particularly
examining the impact of socio-academic
variables such as gender, academic year,
and grade point average (GPA) on their
proficiency in these skills. The findings

superior teamwork skills overall, except in
leadership.
