As a home health care LPN, provided direct patient care with nursing notes
tracking head-to-toe assessments, vital signs, medicine distribution, charting,
and personalized assistance. During this time I also worked at a nursing home,
with the majority of the job encompassing medicine passes, observation, patient
education, and direct care.
LPN Clinicals – 10 Months – 510 Hours

Registered Nurses, performed data collection, patient care, head-to-toe assessments,
