1. Literature Review: Begin by reviewing the Constitution of India, focusing on Part-III, which deals
with Fundamental Rights. Refer to authoritative texts such as commentaries on the Constitution,
judicial interpretations, and relevant legal frameworks.
2. Identification of Rights: Identify and categorize the six main Fundamental Rights-Right to
Equality, Right to Freedom, Right against Exploitation, Right to Freedom of Religion, Cultural and
Educational Rights, and Right to Constitutional Remedies.
3. Analysis of Provisions: Analyze the provisions under each Right in Part-III, explaining the scope,
significance, and limitations of each. Highlight key articles and their interpretations by the judiciary.
4. Case Study: Include relevant case law to illustrate how the courts have interpreted and applied.
Fundamental Rights. This may include landmark cases like "Maneka Gandhi v. Union of India",
"Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala", and others.
This approach will ensure a comprehensive, well-structured report on Fundamental Rights under
Part-III of the Indian Constitution.

The Constitution itself is the primary source of information regarding Fundamental Rights. Part-III
outlines the key rights, including:
Right to Equality (Articles 14-18): Ensures equality before the law and prohibits discrimination.
Right to Freedom (Articles 19-22) and the protection of personal liberty. Guarantees freedom of
speech, assembly, movement, residence, Right Against Exploitation (Articles 23-24): Prohibits human
