Job Description: The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting
complex data to help organizations make informed business decisions. This role involves working
with various stakeholders to identify business needs, developing and maintaining databases and
data systems, and creating reports and visualizations to communicate insights.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Management: Gather and integrate data from various sources, ensuring
data quality, accuracy, and completeness.

2. Data Analysis: Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and
correlations within the data.

3. Insight Generation: Interpret data findings, identify areas for improvement, and develop
recommendations for business stakeholders.

4. Reporting and Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate


insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders, including business leaders,


product managers, and other analysts, to identify business needs and develop solutions.
6. Database Management: Design, develop, and maintain databases and data systems to support
data analysis and reporting.

7. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis processes, tools, and
techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills Required:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Internship/Experience (Preferred) in data analysis or a related field.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in:

- Data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau).

- Database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).

- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Operating Systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).

4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
