Password Reset Self Service From Cloud

If you know old password then follow below steps


 Open browser and type https://office.com

 Sign in with your official email address.

 Then click on right top corner ,after that click on view account

 Then click on the Password tab, and click on the change password
button.

 A Dialog box will appear for password change

 After entering the new password and confirm password, your password
will change successfully.

If you forgot old password then follow below steps

 Click on this Password Reset link

password reset self-service portal will open.

 Then select forgot password option .

 Please enter your valid official email Id and click on next .Then select
one verification method as given below .

 If you have selecte “Text on mobile method” then you will receive OTP,
enter OTP and click on Next .

 Then it will ask for second verification , again you have to select one
verification method as given below.

 After Second authentication you will able to reset password as given


below.

Password complexity as mentioned below:-


 Password Length atleast 8 characters
 Password should contain atleast one upper case
 Password should contain atleast one lower case
 Password should be one special character

 Password must contain 4 digit numeric


 Password should be not contain in previous password

Reset Password From AD

 Press CTRL-ALT-DELETE to open the Windows Security dialog.

 Select Change Password.

 Enter your username in the User name box.

 Type your existing password in the Old Password box.

 Enter your new password in the New Password box.

 Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password box.

 Click OK to finalize the change.


Note: - Ensure your new password meets the complexity requirements.
 Password Length atleast 8 characters
 Password should contain atleast one upper case
 Password should contain atleast one lower case
 Password should be one special character
 Password must contain 4 digit numeric
 Password should be not contain in previous password

Note:- Password should be not contain in previous password.
