Proposal: To Conduct a Half-Day Programme on Research Paper Writing for AI & DS Students – Reg.

We propose conducting a half-day workshop on "Effective Research Paper Writing: Techniques


and Best Practices" for Second and Third year students of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. This
hands-on session aims to equip students with essential skills to write high quality, plagiarism-free research
papers with a focus on Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI-based research methodologies.

The workshop will be led by Dr.T.VenishKumar HOD/ECE and Dr.B.Radhakrishnan, HOD/MECH


from our institution, who has extensive experience in guiding AI researchers in publishing in high-impact
journals and conferences.

Objectives of the Workshop:

 Introduce research methodology and scientific writing techniques.


 Guide students in structuring research papers according to IEEE/Elsevier standards.
 Provide practical tips for managing citations, avoiding plagiarism, and identifying reputable journals.
 Discuss trends in AI and Data Science research.

Proposal: To Conduct a One-Day Workshop on Software Testing and Selenium Tool Usage for AI & DS
Students – Reg.

We propose conducting a one-day workshop on Automating Software Testing Using Selenium: Best
Practices and Applications for our second and third-year Artificial Intelligence and Data Science students.
This hands-on training aims to introduce students to software testing fundamentals, with a focus on
Selenium, a widely used tool for automated web application testing.

The workshop will be facilitated by Mr. D. Vasantha Kumar, an expert from our institution with extensive
experience in software testing, automation frameworks, and Selenium-based testing solutions.

Objectives of the Workshop

- Introduce the fundamentals of software testing and quality assurance.


- Provide hands-on experience with Selenium for automating web application testing.
