What inspired you to start your business, and how did you identify the market need for it?

“Our passion in designing and building homes is our inspiration in our business. We enjoy helping
everyone create spaces they can call home. Since we live in Oriental Mindoro, we noticed a demand for
well-designed, practical homes and we were tired of our workload on our old jobs.”

2. What are the key skills or values that you believe contributed to your success as an entrepreneur?

“Flexibility and adaptability have been essential to our success. The world of engineering and
architecture is always evolving, with new technologies and trends evolving constantly. Willing to learn,
adjust, and to adapt fresh ideas has allowed us to meet our clients' needs.”

3. What challenges did you encounter while running your business, and how did you overcome them?

“One of the major challenges we faced was securing funds and managing cash flows. To overcome this,
we reached out to banks and people for financial assistance and carefully planned our budget to keep
operations stable. Proper financial planning has been key to sustaining the business.”

4. How do you ensure the continuous growth and development of your business in a competitive
market?

“We stay engaged with the latest trends by continuously learning and exposing ourselves to new ideas.
Whether it’s attending events, following industry updates, or testing creative design approaches, staying
curious helps us stay competitive and grow.”

5. What advice would you give to entrepreneurs about maintaining business and innovation?

“Stay motivated and keep your goals simple and realistic. Be open to new ideas and ready to try different
ways of doing things. When problems come up, stay flexible and focused so you can overcome them and
succeed.”
