Technical Evaluation Committee has evaluated the bids against NICSI’s Open tender no.
NICSI/Message Gateway Services/2022/22_Part-II for Empanelment of Vendors for
implementation of Message Gateway Services of Government of India implemented by
NIC through NICSI.
