: BOSIET is also acceptable as basic offshore safety training. However, in this case, a separate Boatlanding Transfer training should be followed as crew changes take place by means of CTV

(M) & (P) (M) = Marine crew = any person, including the Master, who is engaged or works in any capacity on board a vessel, on the business of the vessel.
(P) = Project crew/industrial personnel = Persons that are present on the vessel to perform installation, modification or operation related works on the offshore structures. This also includes subcontractors who are participating in the project.
SAFETY INDUCTION Site Safety Induction: All personnel who will access to quay site for executing works onshore will receive a Safety induction organised by the Contractor.
Vessel Safety Induction: All personnel who will stay overnight on board of vessels will receive a Safety Induction including vessel tour organised by Master or his delegates.
LEMS Windpark Safety Induction: For all personnal accessing the NOY sites. Upon completion a certificate will be received . DEME Offshore must receive this certificate sufficient time upfront departure, otherwise personnel will not be allowed to the
site.
Onshore: comply with local applicable regulations
Offshore: The following medical certificates are accepted for project crew:
* OGUK - UKOOA (Oil & Gas UK) Medicals (UK certificate)
* AWMF-Guideline 002 - 043 (German certificate, former DGMM recommendation)
MEDICAL * Medical examinations under Hardanger agreement (= NOGEPA, OLF) Offshore: The following medical certificates are accepted for marine crew:
* MCA ENG 1 Seafarer Medical Examinations (UK certificate)
* Medical Examination for Seafarers and Fishermen (DK certificate)
* Seediensttauglichkeitsuntersuchung (DE certificate)
All above listed medical certificates are valid for a maximum of 24 months. National legislations or physical fitness could reduce the period of validity for several certificates.
VCA/SCC/MASE Depending on the task performed this training is mandatory. Everyone executing a safety function needs to be in possession of a valid VCA certificate according to Dutch legislation. A safety function includes working with equipment. VCA is equivalent to
SCC, CCNSG and MASE. Other basic safety tranings are also acceptable (e.g. MIST, IOSH, CSCS,...).
In addition specialist training according to tasks and roles may be required. Such training may include but is not limited to :
* Confined space training
* Scaffold training
* Electrical awareness
* Energized areas

* MEWP/Forklift training etc.
* Tower/OSS rescue training
* Lock Out Tag Out
* Slinger / Banksman training
* Safety equipment training (e.g. Actsafe Winch)
