Changes on Quality Check fields and page from Job Planning Line

ü If the Project is kept on Hold, then all the Departments should be informed through system about the
project kept on hold. During any transaction in hold stage, the system should give alert at start of transaction
or should not allow transaction.
ü If the Project revives after Hold, then all the Departments should be informed through system about the
project’s revival. Regular transactions without alert will be done after revival.
The payment terms specified in the sales order must be transferred to the Project Card.
Each payment term is divided into sub-payment terms with different percentages,
applicable based on the project phase, totaling 100%.
2.1. Item Category which should be picking data from Category field of Item Card.
2.2. Estimated Unit Cost should be added and that should be flowing from Marketing
Opportunity.
2.3. Field to Identify SMI (Production), BOI (Purchase) and Store Items
2.6. Alert should be displayed 2 months before expiration LD.
2.7. Customer Inspection Required Yes / No / NR Option

4. User will select Items in Job Planning Lines (L3) to send it to Production Department
for Production the new Page will open containing those selected Items where user will
have provision to attach Drawing as Hyperlink and Documents along with free form text
field to write note and further click on send button that action will display this list to
Production Department and based on that Production Department will do Production
Planning along with date.
5. If there is any change in above sent record to production and Project team is
modifying that existing record then an alert to Production Department.

3. Mecgale users requires a check box to give clearance by project team on the
Quotation which will be checked by the Project team and also a field for their Remarks
and also need to capture the date on which the box has been checked.
User can attach drawings in pdf format, product catalogue, etc. to the PO.
4. In Purchase Order List, a Drawing Clearance and a Manufacturing Clearance (as “Yes
or No” Boolean field) will be created along with Manufacturing Clearance Checked Date
as date field.
5. Fields “Material Ready for Inspection” field as Boolean “Yes or No” field and “Material
Ready Date” as date will be created on Purchase Order.
6. “Inspection Call Raised” as “Boolean Yes or No” field along with “Inspection Call
Raised Date” will be created on Purchase Order.
7. “Dispatch Clearance” field as “Yes or No” along with “Dispatch Clearance Date” both
will be created on Purchase Order.
8. “LR No.” as code, “LR Date” as date, “Transporter Name” as text, “Vehicle No.” as
code, “Transporter Values” as text and “Supplier Invoice No.” as code, “Supplier Invoice
Date” as date will be created on the Purchase Order.
9. Provision to add Terms and Condition will be customized.
10. Customization is required to provide a provision to attach link for Letter of Credit in
PDF format stored in central server.
11. Customization required to create a field named “Raw Material Cost” as decimal on
Item Master which will be populated on Purchase Order Lines.
