Trainee/Associate Data Engineer

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum aggregate of
70% in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
• Must have Proficiency in Python or R programming language, good to have Java or C++,
etc.
• Basic understanding of:
o Database concepts (relational databases, SQL)
o Operating Systems (file systems, process management)
o Data structures (arrays, linked lists, trees)
o Apache Spark
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Tackle data challenges, manage large-scale datasets, and work with diverse data types.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
• Apply academic knowledge to solve real-world problems.
• Utilize a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.
• Take responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving challenges, addressing technical issues,
and performing root cause analysis (RCA) in both development and production
environments.

JOB TITLE:
Trainee/Associate Data Engineer

IMPORTANT POINT TO NOTE:

Please note that You will be joining as a Trainee with a stipend of ₹25,000 per month, during which
the company will provide hands-on training on the Databricks platform. You are required to obtain
the necessary certifications within six months of joining. Upon successful completion of the training,
you will be promoted to Associate Data Engineer, with a CTC of ₹6 LPA.
If you resign during the training period, you will be required to reimburse the training cost,
equivalent to six months of the stipend. Additionally, after certification, you must commit to serving
the company for a minimum of two years. If you resign before completing this two-year period, you
will need to reimburse the company an amount equal to six months of your monthly salary.
