Philippines. It consists of five provinces: Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya,
and Quirino. The region is known for its rich agriculture, scenic landscapes, and
historical sites.
Economy
Agriculture is the primary economic driver of the region, with rice,
corn, and tobacco as major products. Fishing and livestock raising are also important.
Isabela is known as the 'Rice Granary of the North,' while Cagayan is a top producer of
tobacco.

Cagayan Valley is home to breathtaking natural attractions, including:
- Palaui Island - A paradise with pristine beaches and rich marine biodiversity.
- Callao Cave - A famous limestone cave with magnificent rock formations.
