To carry on in India or abroad the business of developing, designing, and maintenance of websites,
Software designing, digital marketing, developing Apps, development, customization, implementation
and dealing in consultation on Application and solutions, web-based applications and internet/network
related system/solutions including setting up of portals, internet based services, IT cloud services,
firewalls related services, Online Professional Trainings, consultancy, personality development
training, consultancy in information technology including but not limited to computer hardware and
software, data communication and other value added services like consultancy application, advisory
application and other related modes.

To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of buy, sell, import, export or otherwise to deal in
computers and their inputs, computer and electronic hardware and software, network devices, servers,
network switches, firewalls, network routers, SaaS licenses, assemblies and sub-assemblies, smart home
solutions and a wide variety of other electronic products, personal computers, storage devices, and
computer peripherals, audio and video equipment, semiconductors and other electronics components,
and wired and wireless communications devices.
