The SAG indicates that you already know and can perform all the units
of competencies enumerated in ACP NC111.
The purpose of your assessment today is to determine the level of your competence in ACP
NC111.

After I have gathered evidences, there are 2 results expected.
1. Competent: This means that you have satisfactorily complied with the performance criteria expected
As a result a copy of your national certificate shall be uploaded to your email accounts. Download and print it as a hard copy.
2. Not Yet Competent means you did not satisfy the performance criteria expected. But do not worry. You can apply for re-assessment again. You shall
only be re-assesed in the competency where you are found to be not competent. You also have the right to appeal regarding the result of the assessment.
Just write a letter of appeal addressed to the AC manager and your appeal shall be addressed and resolved immediately.
During the assessment, refrain from leaving the premises of the assessment area. Do not distract your co-candidates during the assessment.
Do not use cellphone to record parts or the whole process of the assesment.
We observe allowable adjustment during the conduct of assesment. This could include language, health reasons, religious practice,
cultural considerations, and in times of emergencies.
For your personal needs, the rest room is located at the far end of the corridor. The canteen is located adjacent the rest room that is if you feel hungry.
Just inform me if there is a need for you to have your personal needs.
I might as well remind you to observe proper body mechanics while you perform, use appropriate PPE, and handle tools and equipment according
to its prescribed manual of operation.
Just in case accidents happen, notify me so that I can attend to it immediately
The conduct of assessment must be confidential. The process, conduct and result of the assessment shall only be known to appropriate personnel.

How do you feel regarding the assessment Candidate Number 2?
Candidate number 2 you have satisfactorily answered all the questions asked, howerever,
based on my observation, you were not able to finish some of the task required for you to perform.
But this does not mean you do not know how to perform it, only that you have not enough time to complete the performance.
Basing on this, I am sorry to tell you you are not yet competent.
But you can apply for re-assessment later on.
What you can do is to devote more time to master the task then submit your self for re-assessment
If you are not satisfied with the result of the assessment, you have the right to appeal by writing the AC manager and your appeal
will be resolved immediately.
But if you agree with the result of the assessment, please sign the CARS,
