Problem Statement

Users have a goal to accomplish with the digitization of services; they want one platform that efficiently
provides multiple home and professional services on a single tap. Urban Company and Housejoy are
solutions but provide a limited set of services with fixed pricing. With these issues, users and service
providers face a lack of communication. There is an opportunity to create a first-of-its kind flexible service
platform that has an extensive range of services, multi-tiered pricing, effortless communication, and real-
time tracking.

2. Goal

This project's main goal is to provide an innovative, scalable, on-demand, multi-service platform for users
and service providers. This platform will prioritize seamless booking, real-time order tracking, secure
payment processing, AI recommendations, and high-quality service delivery.

3. Stack of Technology

• Frontend: React.js (for building an interactive and responsive user interface)

• Backend: Node.js with Express.js ( for API services)


• Database: MongoDB (to store large amounts of data)

• Authentication: Firebase Authentication / JWT (to safe guard user's access)
