professionalism expected of SPAR volunteers and management. It reflects SPAR’s
commitment to fostering a harmonious community focused on growth, relevance, and
positive impact.
Purpose Statement
In the midst of this chaotic world filled with struggles, each individual is created with
intrinsic value and potential. SPAR is committed to guiding individuals on a
transformative journey to discover their purpose and bring relevant solutions to
pressing problems, one person at a time.
Mission
SPAR guides individuals in unlocking their potential and gifts, empowering them to
remain purpose-driven, relevant, and actively contribute to a community that
positively impacts the world.

To create a harmonious world where each individual recognizes their potential,
discovers their purpose, and contributes solutions to foster positive change in their
communities and beyond.
Prohibited Conduct
SPAR has a zero-tolerance policy for actions that contradict its values and mission. The
following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may lead to termination:
Treat all individuals—colleagues, volunteers, and community members—with respect, dignity,
and value.
Embrace diversity and create an inclusive, safe environment free from discrimination,
harassment, or exploitation.
Prohibited Conduct
SPAR has a zero-tolerance policy for actions that contradict its values and mission. The
following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may lead to termination:
Engaging in violence, harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
Conducting oneself in ways that conflict with SPAR’s purpose, mission, or reputation.
Participating in any activities that compromise the dignity, security, or rights of any SPAR
participant, team member, or volunteer.
