SPAR is dedicated to empowering individuals to unlock their potential, discover their
purpose, and contribute meaningfully to a world in need of solutions. This Code of
Ethics outlines the standards of commitment, integrity, responsibility, and
professionalism expected of SPAR volunteers and management. It reflects SPAR’s
commitment to fostering a harmonious community focused on growth, relevance, and
positive impact.

Purpose Statement
In the midst of this chaotic world filled with struggles, each individual is created with
intrinsic value and potential. SPAR is committed to guiding individuals on a
transformative journey to discover their purpose and bring relevant solutions to
pressing problems, one person at a time.

Mission
SPAR guides individuals in unlocking their potential and gifts, empowering them to
remain purpose-driven, relevant, and actively contribute to a community that
positively impacts the world.

Vision
To create a harmonious world where each individual recognizes their potential,
discovers their purpose, and contributes solutions to foster positive change in their
communities and beyond.

Core Principles and Values


To uphold SPAR’s purpose, mission, and vision, all volunteers and management team
members are expected to embody the following values:

Actively participate in SPAR’s initiatives, contributing to a culture of empowerment,
purpose, and relevance.
Align personal actions with SPAR’s mission, demonstrating a commitment to fostering

Uphold the highest standards of honesty, transparency, and responsibility in all activities and
decisions.
Take responsibility for personal actions, maintaining SPAR’s reputation for trustworthiness

Respect and Inclusivity


Treat all individuals—colleagues, volunteers, and community members—with respect, dignity,

Embrace diversity and create an inclusive, safe environment free from discrimination,
harassment, or exploitation.

Professional Conduct and Excellence


Perform assigned duties with excellence, meeting SPAR’s standards for professionalism,
quality, and consistency.
Work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members, fostering a supportive and
productive environment.

Confidentiality and Responsible Use of Resources


Safeguard SPAR’s sensitive information and refrain from unauthorized disclosure.
Use SPAR’s resources responsibly and exclusively for SPAR’s mission, ensuring that all outputs
reflect SPAR’s values and branding.

Promoting a Supportive Environment


Encourage a supportive and empowering atmosphere where individuals feel valued,
encouraged, and inspired to reach their potential.
Report any actions or behaviors that jeopardize the safety or well-being of colleagues or
community members.

Prohibited Conduct
SPAR has a zero-tolerance policy for actions that contradict its values and mission. The
following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may lead to termination:
Treat all individuals—colleagues, volunteers, and community members—with respect, dignity,
and value.

All volunteers and team members are encouraged to report any breaches of this Code of
Ethics to SPAR’s leadership. SPAR will handle all reports fairly, respectfully, and
confidentially.

By joining SPAR, each volunteer and team member agrees to adhere to the SPAR Code of
Ethics, recognizing that these values are essential for creating a purpose-driven, impactful
community that brings meaningful solutions to the world.
