Tuner4TRONIC™
Very fast configuration of single features in DALI ECGs (e.g. only output current) through
selective partial programming
Bugs fixing
Tuner4TRONIC Development
If “new from luminaire” is performed on an ECG that was modified by another software tool, the
parameters may have set out of range and then will not be correctly displayed in the T4T. The
same problem may happen also with some early series of factory new OT 50 2DIMLT2 P
devices.
DALI short addresses: the possibility to clear the DALI short addresses has been removed. After
programming with Tuner4TRONIC, a possible pre addressed DALI ECG will keep the short
address unchanged. The short address will not be cleared even if this option was set in the
projects created with Tuner4TRONIC previous version 1.2. Short addresses will be cleared in
case of multiple luminaire programming is selected in the programming setup window or in case
the luminaire contains more than one ECG.
Programming Interface status indicator is always red when the programing interface is not in
use.
This is not indicating any malfunction. In case of trouble with the programming interface please
check it using the “Programming Interface” window available in the Settings menu.
Emergency Mode settings might change when opening files (.osrtul) generated with T4T-D
version 1.1, please carefully check it.

Tuner4TRONIC™
If user sets DALI Min Level below physical Min Level, most devices will auto-correct that to the
Physical Min Level, consequently the programming will fail during the verification phase.
Therefore setting DALI Min Level below physical Min Level should be avoided.
If in the Operating Modes a feature is set and the same feature is not selected to be
programmed, also the Operating Modes setting is not programmed. Make sure to have selected
an operating mode which is also selected to be programmed.
In Luminaire with two ECG types, there is no warning if an ECG is completely unselected for
programming. Please pay particular attention to this setting.
Tuner4TRONIC Production
Compatibility with Tuner4TRONIC Production files versions 1.1 and 1.2: in order to use the
production files (.osrtup) created with previous version 1.1 and 1.2, it is necessary to upgrade
them using the T4T-D; see user manuals or the specific instruction available in the installation
package.
NOTE:
o If a Fast Fade Time is set in old projects 1.1 or 1.2, this will be converted to Fade Time
Zero (except for the projects with OTi DALI 50 FAN);
o possible existing DALI short address will not be cleared even if this option was set in
the projects created with Tuner4TRONIC previous version 1.2. Short addresses will be
cleared in case of multiple luminaire programming is selected in the programming setup
window or in case the luminaire contains more than one ECG.
