OBJECTIVES

The objectives of this software include:


1. To Implement a Feedback Collection Mechanism:
Design an intuitive interface for students to submit feedback about campus-related issues, ensuring
ease of use and accessibility.
2. To Perform Sentiment Analysis:
Integrate Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyze student feedback and classify
sentiments (positive, negative, neutral) automatically.
3.To Categorize Issues Dynamically:
Use algorithms to categorize issues (e.g., academic, administrative, facilities) for better organization
and quicker routing to relevant departments.
4.To Facilitate Collaboration:
Provide a platform for students, staff, and administrators to collaborate effectively on resolving
campus-related issues.

INTRODUCTION

Our project name is “CampusInsight” in which the project aims to develop a web application
designed to help students complaints about unavailable resources for their academic and
college-related needs while also providing a platform to offer feedback on teachers, staff
and . Student can give a a feedback by using feedback panel where admin can test
data and check the result on dashboard give a feedback to their university and their
teachers staff. The webapplication will feature a comprehensive resource directory and
campus facilities, and more, ensuring that they have report to everything necessary to
succeed academically.It also give a feed back about teachers and shows a result in
various forms Graphs and formats . Also students can report issues that are related to
college campus or about academic issues or etc.

- MySQL,PostgreSQL, or MongoDB(for storing feedback, issue records, and user information).
