Learning Needs Analysis Question Bank

Overview
The Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a survey-based skills self-
assessment used to identify and remediate AWS skill gaps.

The LNA identifies an individual’s level of competency by AWS role and generates specific
training and certification recommendations. Individual data is aggregated and used to identify
breadth of coverage of critical AWS roles across an organization, depth of knowledge by role, and
to develop an organization-wide AWS training plan. Overall, the LNA helps organizations focus
their training budgets and programs on areas that need it most.
