The Pacific Island nation of Tuvalu is in peril, threatened by a rapidly warming planet.
“Climate change and sea level rise are deadly, existential threats to Tuvalu and low-lying
atoll countries,” the country’s Minister for Justice, Communication and Foreign Affairs,
Simon Kofe, told an international delegation at COP26. “We are sinking, but so is
everyone else.”

The first step was to create a digital twin—a virtual representation—of Te Afualiku, a tiny
islet, that is expected to be one of the first parts of Tuvalu to be submerged.

As it would be the first country to be without land.

WHY DO YOU LIKE JAVA ?

WHY WEB DEVELOPMENT ?
—-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello, I’m Anish, currently in my final year of Computer Engineering at Shah and Anchor
Engineering College, where I’ve maintained a CGPA of 9.26. I completed my schooling from
Vidya Bhawan with 91.80%. Over the past four years of my engineering, I’ve gained knowledge
in various software technologies like C, Java, Python, SQL, and Software Engineering concepts,
but my favorites have always been web development and coding in Java.
I've also had the opportunity to lead a team on a web development project, which really helped
hone my leadership and technical skills. I’m currently enhancing my expertise by completing two
courses—one in full-stack development and another in Python.
Outside of academics, I have a passion for photography and cooking, and I also run a YouTube
channel. Recently, I’ve become fascinated with Generative AI and am eager to explore projects
in this area.
I’m excited about Accenture because it thrives on innovation, and AI represents the forefront of
change in the tech landscape. I’m confident that my skills, enthusiasm, and desire to learn align
well with Accenture’s goals, and I look forward to contributing to and growing with your team.

What interests me most about Accenture is the company’s strong commitment to employee
well-being and mental health. During my research, I was impressed by the various initiatives
such as the Calm app, the Thrive Global courses that promote resilience and well-being.
Accenture’s Employee Assistance Program and Mental Health Ally Network which help their
employees who are facing challenges like anxiety, depression, or relationship issues.
Additionally, as someone who values environmental sustainability, I was inspired by Accenture’s
dedication to fighting climate change. The company’s initiatives in this area align with my
personal belief in protecting nature and ensuring a sustainable future. Accenture’s focus on work
ethics, well-being, and sustainability deeply resonates with my values, making it a place where
I’m confident I can grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact.
It also has a brand name
Accenture was also founded in 1989.

Strengths and weaknesses

Strengths: One of my key strengths is being an effective planner. I am highly organized, which
helps me avoid procrastination and ensures that I consistently deliver work that is up to the
mark. Whether it's academic assignments or projects, I always make sure that the research and
effort I put in are thorough. In fact, my teachers have often praised me for the attention to detail
and the quality of content in my presentations. During a previous college project, there were
clashes among some of the team members, which affected the project’s progress. However, I
was able to step in, convince them to put their differences aside, and turn a negative
environment into a more supportive and productive team. Additionally, I consider myself a fast
learner, which helps me quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.

Weaknesses: However, one area where I have struggled in the past is spending too much time
perfecting small details. While I believe in delivering quality work, I’ve sometimes gone
overboard with tweaking things, which led to a loss of valuable time. This has also caused me to
hesitate in delegating tasks because I worry that the outcome might not meet my standards of
perfection. Over the course of my engineering journey, I’ve recognized that efficiency is
sometimes more important than perfection. I am actively working on balancing high-quality work
with time management and learning to trust others when distributing work.

the conflict involved differing opinions on the project direction:

Why Java over other languages ?

C was my first programming language, which helped me understand the basic coding concepts
and laid a strong foundation for my programming skills. However, I found that C seemed a bit
outdated compared to newer languages. During my time in college, there was a noticeable hype
around Java, and I noticed that most students preferred Java for solving data structures and
algorithms (DSA). This trend piqued my curiosity, and I became fascinated by the capabilities of
Java. When I was introduced to it in my second year, I was able to grasp the concepts quickly
and enjoyed working with its object-oriented features, extensive libraries, and community
support. The strong type-checking and platform independence further appealed to me.
Ultimately, these factors contributed to my preference for Java over other languages, as I found
it to be not only powerful but also aligned with my learning style and interests.

Major Project ?
Creating a app named SafeTrack

● Surveillance and security systems are crucial for maintaining safety and order.
● This project develops an application using machine learning to enhance CCTV systems.
● The application analyzes live video feeds to automatically detect individuals and log their
first appearance with precise timestamps.

Aims to streamline surveillance operations, reduce the workload on security personnel, and
improve incident tracking accuracy.
Seeks to address the limitations of manual monitoring and provide a more effective tool for
modern security needs.
To develop an application that processes live CCTV footage, detects the presence of
individuals, and logs the timestamps of their first detection in a database.
It looks like you're listing different machine learning and data processing techniques. Here’s a
brief overview of each:

1. **CNN (Convolutional Neural Network):**

- A deep learning model primarily used for image processing and computer vision tasks. It
utilizes convolutional layers to automatically learn spatial hierarchies of features from images.

2. **SVD (Singular Value Decomposition):**

- A matrix factorization technique used in dimensionality reduction, noise reduction, and data
compression. It decomposes a matrix into three other matrices, which can be useful in various
applications, including collaborative filtering and image compression.
3. **AdaBoost (Adaptive Boosting):**
- An ensemble learning technique that combines multiple weak classifiers to create a strong
classifier. It focuses on training models on instances that were misclassified by previous models,
thereby improving overall accuracy.

4. **PCA (Principal Component Analysis):**

- A dimensionality reduction technique that transforms data into a new coordinate system by
identifying the directions (principal components) along which the variance of the data is
maximized. It is often used for feature reduction while retaining as much variance as possible.

How would you divide the work among team members ?

As a team leader, my first step in dividing work would be to understand the expertise and
comfort levels of each team member with different technologies. For instance, some members
may be more skilled in certain areas, while others might need more guidance. By assessing
these strengths and weaknesses, I can assign tasks that align with each individual's capabilities,
maximizing our efficiency.

In cases where the team is new to the technology, I believe in equitable distribution of workload.
I would ensure that each person receives an equal share of the tasks to prevent anyone from
feeling overwhelmed. This approach not only fosters a balanced workload but also encourages
collaboration and learning among team members.

Additionally, I would promote open communication, allowing team members to voice their
preferences or concerns about their assigned tasks. This way, we can create a supportive
environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing to the project’s success.

—-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I view constructive criticism as an invaluable opportunity for growth and improvement. When I
receive feedback, I make a conscious effort to stay open-minded and listen actively to
understand the perspective being shared.

Firstly, I take a moment to absorb the feedback without becoming defensive. I appreciate that
constructive criticism is aimed at helping me develop and enhance my skills. After understanding
the feedback, I reflect on it to identify actionable steps I can take to implement the suggestions.

If the feedback is particularly detailed or complex, I may ask clarifying questions to ensure I fully
grasp the points being made. This also demonstrates my willingness to engage and learn from
others’ insights.
