Job Description:
We seek a talented and motivated Java Developer with a strong background in Java 8, Spring
Boot, JPA with Hibernate, and RESTful web services. If you're passionate about developing
scalable and high-performance applications and have expertise in modern Java technologies,
this is the perfect opportunity to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications utilizing Java 8 features and best
practices.
2. Build and maintain scalable microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
3. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications
and external services.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through continuous
monitoring and optimization.
6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve development
processes.
7. Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing codebase to improve functionality and
performance.
8. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices.
9. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to gather
requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills:
1. 4+ years of experience with Java 8 and its new features (Lambda expressions, Streams,
etc.).
2. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building microservices.
3. Strong experience with JPA and Hibernate for database integration and ORM.
4. 4+ years of working with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
5. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
6. 4+ years of experience in developing and integrating RESTful web services.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate
complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves:
1. Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway).
2. Knowledge of GoLang.
3. Familiarity with Redis.
