DEVOPS ENGINEER

As a DevOps Engineer, you will build the systems, and servers to keep our customers’
infrastructures running smoothly. You’ll deploy automation and systems management tools that
make it easier to scale their rapidly growing businesses and deliver cloud infrastructure all
around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing:

●​ Design, develop, and deploy new systems with an emphasis on automation, scalability,
and minimized maintenance requirements.
●​ Enhance and maintain existing infrastructure and systems.
●​ Perform system analysis, design, and debugging of new and existing systems.
●​ Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tools, processes, and the software they
support.
●​ Manage development, testing, and production environments, including containerized
infrastructure.
●​ Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles to enhance deployment
efficiency and reliability.
●​ Ensure high observability of systems through monitoring, logging, and alerting stacks
(Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
●​ Automate error-prone tasks to drive safety and consistency across distributed systems.
●​ Debug and resolve mission-critical production issues.
●​ Provide guidance on architecture, scaling, and best practices for cloud and DevOps
solutions.
●​ Implement and maintain security measures, including pipeline and image scanning, AWS
Config, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and open-source solutions like Falco and Wazuh.
●​ Leverage Helm for managing Kubernetes applications, ensuring streamlined deployment
and configuration management.
What We’ll Expect From You:

●​ 3+ years of experience with Linux, including at least 2 years in large-scale or cloud-based


environments.
●​ Proven experience designing and managing AWS-based infrastructures (GCP is a plus).
●​ Strong understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
●​ Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar platforms,
with a preference for GitOps workflows.
●​ Familiarity with proxy solutions (e.g., Envoy, NGINX, or HAProxy).
●​ Advanced knowledge of Linux internals and system troubleshooting.
●​ Proficiency in automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
●​ Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, specifically Grafana,
Prometheus, and Loki.
●​ Knowledge of security best practices, including pipeline security, AWS security services
(e.g., GuardDuty, AWS Config), and open-source tools like Falco and Wazuh.
●​ Experience with Helm for managing and deploying Kubernetes applications.
●​ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
●​ Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
●​ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Nice to have

●​ AWS certifications (or similar cloud certifications).


●​ Experience with GCP / Azure and its related tools.
●​ Familiarity with advanced networking configurations in cloud environments.
