一. Overall introduction of machine tools
TCK600Y CNC horizontal lathe is combined with our factory years of design of horizontal
CNC lathe experience, adapt to the market and development needs and design, production of a
new product. The main performance index of this product has reached the international advanced
level, with super high accuracy and stability, high rigidity structure of high cutting volume feed,
so that customers can get high efficiency, low cost, pure German machine tool.
This machine tool can process shaft, disc parts, in addition to the function of CNC lathe can
also complete the plane milling, drilling, tapping, straight groove, spiral groove and milling teeth,
etc., with turning, milling and boring composite function, can achieve a clip, complete the
rotating body parts efficient, mass, high precision processing. In the design, the stiffness of the
main shaft, bed body, tail seat and other parts is reasonably matched, which greatly improves the
rigidity of the whole machine and ensures the stability of the heavy cutting. Therefore, the
precision of the machine tool processing outer circle can reach IT6~IT7 level. As a general
machine tool, it is especially suitable for locomotive, aerospace, military and other industries to
rotate the body parts for efficient, large batch, high-precision processing.

The machine tool adopts the integrated structure of machine, electricity and liquid, the
overall layout is compact and reasonable, easy to repair and maintenance, has the characteristics
of high efficiency, high precision, high rigidity, the key purchased parts are bidding and
procurement, choose the products of well-known manufacturers at home and abroad, to ensure
the high reliability of the machine tool. The whole machine adopts fully enclosed protective
structure, conform to the principle of ergonomics, pleasant and easy to operate.

二. Main structure and technical characteristics of the machine tools


1. lathe bed
This series of machine tools use 45° bevel integral bed body, more stable force when
cutting. The internal bars are optimized with Ansys software to make the machine tool highly
rigid. The bed body material is made of high-density cast iron, with high strength and good
shock absorption.45° diagonal chip discharge performance is good, to ensure that the machine
cutting smoothly. The guide rail adopts 45 specification precision straight ball guide rail, with
high feeding precision, small friction resistance, good rigidity, high resistance to vibration and

deformation ability, so that users can obtain higher processing accuracy and faster movement
speed and production efficiency.

2. Two axis feed
The X and Z axes are driven by servo motor and are directly connected to the ball screw
through the elastic coupling. The ball screw is mounted by fixed at both ends.
The two axis rails adopt rolling rails, which are of four-direction equal load type, with high
precision. The holder separates the beads to reduce the friction resistance and temperature rise
and heat deformation during fast movement, so as to greatly improve the processing accuracy,
fast moving speed and production efficiency. Its outstanding advantage is small volume, high
precision, low maintenance cost, is the pursuit of high precision and high cost performance users,
especially suitable for automobile, bearing and other industries for the consistency of high
requirements.

3. machine head
This series of machine tools is the electric spindle spindle box, which is directly driven by
the built-in motor, so it has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, low noise,
small vibration, small moment of inertia and so on. With high speed, acceleration and angle,
good dynamic accuracy and stability, can meet the needs of high speed cutting and precision
machining of CNC machine tool; omit the intermediate variable speed transmission device, no
external force in the intermediate transmission link, the precision life is extended; the electric
spindle adopts AC frequency conversion and vector control technology, so it can be achieved
within the rated speed range, to meet the needs of various working conditions and load changes
during the machine tool.

Electric spindle
The machine tool standard chuck adopts Taiwan 8-inch hollow hydraulic chuck, the
specification is φ 210. The tray can be very convenient to replace a variety of fixtures, fast
adaptability, can meet the requirements of users processing a variety of parts. Other
specifications of hydraulic caliper and oil cylinder can also be selected.

4. Bed saddle and skateboard


The machine bed saddle is made of high density cast iron, and the skateboard and knife
holder are placed on the bed saddle. The skateboard and knife holder move on the bed saddle
using the imported 45 specification straight ball guide rail, and the X-axis direction is driven by
the servo motor through the elastic coupling and the ball wire. The wire selects the imported
high precision ball wire, with high precision and accurate transmission.

5. blade adapter
The standard knife rack of this lathe is Taiwan with Y shaft. The knife frame uses servo
motor to drive the rotation, and uses servo motor to drive the power knife base to realize the
functions of plane milling, drilling, tapping, straight groove, spiral groove and milling teeth. The

knife frame has Y axis, travel ± 50mm, larger milling range, Y direction guide rail adopts hard

rail, more rigid than line rail, and better milling performance. Can meet the high performance
and fast knife change requirements. The knife holder can realize two-way nearby knife selection.
Through the servo motor technology to control the acceleration and deceleration process, the
knife holder can still complete the flexible degree positioning without shock under the high
inertial load. High precision triple tooth plate structure, the knife plate without lifting, effectively
protect the internal mechanical structure from external pollution (coolant, iron dust, dust, etc.).
The triple tooth plate is made with precision grinding of high hardness alloy steel, with large size
and high locking force to ensure the high stiffness and precision of the knife frame. The knife
frame has precision manufacturing, small number of parts, reasonable design, low working
temperature, lasting lubrication, to ensure its use accuracy and reliability in the process of use.

6. tailstock
The tail seat is programmable, and the tail seat is a split type. The top is fixed in the top set of
the tail body, and the tail body is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to move on the linear guide
rail. The front and rear movement of the tail seat spindle is automatically realized by the CNC
system M function, and can also be achieved manually by manipulating the buttons on the panel.
When driving the tail seat, tighten the work piece forward, keep the appropriate pressure of the
tail seat body to complete the tightening action.
Note: When the standard top jacking workpiece is used, the minimum diameter of the machine
is φ 30, other specific circumstances depend on the workpiece and top conditions.

7. Hydraulic pressure and lubrication system
The hydraulic system selects the variable blade pump, and the hydraulic fuel tank is placed
behind the bed, isolated from the outside world by protection. Each hydraulic circuit is installed

by superposition valve, which is compact and convenient. The pressure of the hydraulic cylinder
can be adjusted and have pressure protection device. Hydraulic oil tank is equipped with an
air-cooling device. The standard configuration adopts the Sino-foreign joint venture centralized
quantitative automatic lubrication system.

8. Cooling and dust removal system
This machine is standard chip box, according to the different materials of processing parts,
optional chip filter. The type is chain plate filter, scraper or magnetic scraper. Chain plate filter is
suitable for collection and transportation of rolled, mass and block chips; scraper separator is
suitable for conveying of copper, aluminum, cast iron and other chips; mainly used for
conveying of cast iron chips with length less than 150 mm in wet processing. The filter is
automatic, which can control the start and stop of the filter by M command.
The cooling box and chip filter are separated from the main engine to ensure the accuracy of
the machine tool from cutting heat. The imported high flow high head cooling pump is adopted,
the cooling water is directly connected with the cooling water outlet on the knife holder, and
ejected through the knife clip nozzle to provide cooling and lubrication for parts and tools, to
ensure the processing accuracy of the workpiece, and improve the service life of the tool. In
addition, according to the user's requirements for the machine tool layout form, the filter side

9. electrical system
11.1 Electrical system of the machine tool
The electrical design of the machine tool meets the GB 5226.1-2008 electrical standard.
The power circuit of the circuit is protected by overcurrent and short circuit, and the machine
tool is interlocked to ensure the equipment and personal safety. The electrical system has the
self-diagnosis function, and the operation and maintenance personnel can observe the operation
state of each part of the machine tool at any time according to the indicator light and display. The
main electrical components choose imported products, and other electrical parts choose
Sino-foreign cooperation products, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the machine tools.
11.2 Electric power box
Adopt closed electric box, electric box uses heat exchanger for heat dissipation to ensure
the normal work of electrical equipment. The electric box adopts the groove plate wiring
structure, the component layout and wiring is reasonable, neat, beautiful, easy to repair. Some
space is reserved in the electric box for function expansion.

11.3 Machine tool control box

The fixed control control box is convenient for one-hand operation.

11.4 Safety protection

The machine tool has an alarm device and an emergency stop button, which can prevent
various sudden fault from causing damage to the machine tool. Due to the reasonable design of
the software, the alarm can display the text and the alarm number through the display. The
machine tool shall be divided into three categories according to different situations:

六. Machine tool operating environment and testing requirements


1. Machine tool working environment
The working environment of the machine tool is directly related to the performance and
normal operation. If the temperature is too high, the control mechanism in the CNC system and
the working condition of the lubrication system and hydraulic system will cause the machine
tool failure or damage the machine tool parts. Therefore, we recommend that the machine tool be
used under the following conditions:
 The machine tool shall be placed in an indoor and dry environment. The machine tool
foundation shall be made according to the requirements of the machine tool foundation.
 Power supply voltage: rated power supply voltage AC380V, voltage fluctuation
range-10~ + 10 (, power supply frequency: 50Hz (1%. Users beyond this range need to
purchase their own stable voltage power supply.
 Ambient air temperature: within 5℃ ~40℃; and the average temperature of 24h shall
not exceed 35℃.
 Humidity: the highest temperature is 40℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 35%,
and the humidity change does not cause condensation.
 The dust concentration in the air shall not be greater than 10 mg/m3, and shall not
contain acid, salt and corrosive gas.
 Atmospheric pressure of 86 ~ 106 kpa
 Machine tool installation should be far away from the vibration source and heat source.
The power in the plant where the machine tool is installed should be below 0.5G (G is
gravity acceleration).
 Ago noise level: 83dB (A)
2. Machine tool detection requirements
During the machine tool detection, the testing instruments and tools should be placed in the
detection environment for enough time, so that they are in an isothermal state. The detection
should also avoid the influence of airflow, sunlight or external heat flow and other factors, and
the environmental temperature of the accuracy of the machine tool position shall be 20℃, but
generally meet the following conditions.
 Ambient temperature is 15℃ ~25℃.
 Before testing, the machine should be no less than 12h in the detection environment.
 The arbitrary temperature gradient of the machine space shall not exceed 0.5℃ / h.
