Test Greek (Milesian) numerals

Babel-greek defines the functions \greeknumeral and \Greeknumeral that work similar to
the TeX primitive \romannumeral. For details and configuration options, see babel-greek.pdf.
Examples:
16 = ιϛʹ 32 = λβʹ 64 = ξδʹ 678 = χοηʹ 2022 = ͵βκβʹ 123456 = ͵ρ͵κ͵γυνϛʹ
16 = ΙϚʹ 32 = ΛΒʹ 64 = ΞΔʹ 678 = ΧΟΗʹ 2022 = ͵ΒΚΒʹ 123456 = ͵Ρ͵Κ͵ΓΥΝϚʹ
Hexadecimal input works, too: "10 = ιϛʹ
Largest supported number: 999999 = ͵ϡ͵ϟ͵θϡϟθʹ
Values outside the supported range are printed as arabic decimal numbers (a warning is
issued): -1 = -1 0 = 0 "1000000 = 16777216
All Ionic number symbols. The Greek font encoding is LGR.
