Performance Task 3
Write your Teaching Philosophy

I believe that the learners is unique, that each learner have different
learning style, needs and abilities that they bring to the classroom. And as
their teacher, their second mother, it is my responsibility to enhance and
develop the talents and skills, expound their knowledge and create a
learning environment where they feel safe, motivated and meet their needs.

I believed that I should teach learners the value, how to develop the
skills and talents they have and learn from everything they experienced.
Knowing that not all students learn in the same manner or at the same pace
allows me to be aware of how children actively develop and modify their
own knowledge based on prior knowledge and experience. I believed that it
is my duty to accurately diagnose their interest, skills and knowledge by
providing them or designing them to advance and think critically.

I believed that I should accomplish my goal as a teacher by creating a


strong professional relationship with my students, to their parents, to the
other people and especially to community. And in order to create a learning
environment where students can continue to thrive while enhancing their
academic performance, teachers must collaborate with other stakeholder.

WRITING MY REFLICTION
In order to effectively create my learning portfolio. I need to do the following:

Things to Do / Things to Accomplish


Before Prepares what are needed and what are the
things that should be place in the portfolio.

During Do the things that are needed to do in order


for that certain portfolio to be accomplished

After Review the works and double check it if its


ready for submission. Then if it is ready then,
submit to the teacher.

WORKING ON MY LEARNING AFTIFACTS


Take pictures of some contents of your physical or digital portfolio. Label them.
