EX 1: SOME MUSEUMS AND ART GALLERIES CHARGE ADMISSION FEES, WHILE OTHERS HAVE FREE

ENTRY. DO YOU THINK THE ADVANTAGE OF FREE ADMISSION OUTWEIGH THE DISADVANTAGES?

ESSAY:

It is true that there are a few of museums adding some extra-fees for coming into the entrance, while
other art galleries charge people for no additional cost for gateway. I believe the demerits of charging
the fee surpass the merits.

The main drawback of charging additional cost for enrollment is that it affects to the experience of
customers. In particular, it stimulates the expectation of client when they think that paying more fees,
the services and quality definitely high estimated. For example, the museum of arts applied in charging
people for extra cost for entrance and making a high expectation for viewers. However, the poor quality
of service and lacking of respect from staffs have caused some arguments with clients and received
numerous bad reviews from participants.

Furthermore, the extra fees for enrollment will decline the hordes of tourist come to the museums. This
is because of comparision others museum. It is clear that if a museum charge people for extra fess such
as entrance fees or services,… people tend to choose another option instead of continuing enter the
museum. Tourists may comapre the cost of admission to the viewing experience offers at other
museums. If a museum charge more fees but offer a less impressive experience, customers will
definitely choose a better another one.

However, a benefit is that it contribute to maintenance and upgrading fees for gallaries and museums.
Although it is just a little amount of money, but it plays a vital role for enhancing the quality of
experience for visitors. Moreover, additional fees are also a revenue to pay wages for staffs and provide
training for existing employees. This offers a high quality of services and visitor interactions.

In conclusion, I believe the drawbacks of charging more charge for entering gateway exceed the upsides.
This is because the demerits of diminishing the viewing experience for visitors and declining the
significant number of tourists come to admire work of arts. Furthermore, these additional cost can be
used for maintaining infrastructure and paying for employees.

EX 2: SOME PEOPLE FEEL THAT ENTERTAINERS SUCH AS FILM STARS, POP MUSICIANS, OR SPORT
STARS ARE PAID TOO MUCH MONEY. DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE? WHICH OTHER TYPES OF JOBS
SHOULD BE HIGHLY PAID?

ESSAY:

It is true that many famous people such as influenced stars andmusic producers ae paid too much
money. This essay elaborate the reason why I strongly agree and discuss some kinds of jobs should be
well paid.

There are two main reasons why I agree that famous people are well-paid at present day. First of all,
paying a high salary for celebrities is worth for these influenced people. In particular, it can be seen
clearly that most of actors have to shoot for their film all day long and they do not have enough time to
take a rest. For instance, the majority of Korean films, Korean actors and ekips have to work overnight to
complete a perfect film for viewers. Therefore, it is understandable when entertainers gain a higher
amount of wage in comparison with ordinary people. Furthermore, those people also play a vital role
when they affcet too much to young generations by many ways. For example, thanks to their influences,
they convey inspirations, their career experiences and get some useful advices to some individuals
through their speeches. So they contribute a lot for society in sharpening trending nowadays.

Although entertainers contributed a lot for modern society, but there are still many jobs which are
crucial elements to maintain a sustainable world. For me, education and health-related jobs should be a
priority for gaining a high salary. The significant reason for that education indusry help people raise their
awareness and broaden their expertise to intergrate to the world. This result in promoting the
development of a country. The consequent job should be paid a worth wages is health-related jobs. As
education, heathcare is the most important part of society when it serve an essential function to keep
people in good condition and doctors, who are compared to life savers should be paid a appropriate
income for their dedication.

In conclusion, paying a high salary for entertainers is understandable with their efforts for conventional
industry. However, education and heathcare-related occupation should be paid higher rather than
others because of their dedication for sustainable and healthy society. I think every fields or any jobs
should be recognised and paid with an appropriate income for employees’s efforts.

EX 3: NOWADAYS MANY PEOPLE CHOOSE TO BE SELF-EMPLOYED, RATHER THAN WORK FOR A

COMPANY OR ORGANISATION. WHY MIGHT THIS BE CASE? WHAT COULD BE THE DISADVANTAGES OF
BEING SELF-EMPLOYED?

ESSAY:

It is widely prevalent that many people are opting for making their own business rather than working
for company or organisation. This essay will explain and discuss some drawbacks of this phenomenon.

There are two reasons of self employment tendency. The first of these is that the financial
independence. If people set their own editorial business and work freelance, they can make their own
decisions about finance such as the potential revenue they can make and increasing their income
resources unlike a fixed salary in office work. For instance, I decided to choose self employment due to
my previous job is low income, I realised this is the optimal way to increase profits and manage my
budget independently. Furthermore, the second reason is that the job dissatisfaction problems when
people work in worplace. This is due to work pressure because people are always overwhelmed by their
task, trying to satisfy their supervisor and their colleagues. Therefore, they decide to set their own
business is also a way to help them reduce their tension.

The initial drawback supporting for my view is the demands of responsibilities. This is because self
employed individuals are resposible for all the aspects such as making marketing strategies, hiring
employees, having all responsbities with their budget and administration. Moreover, the second
disadvantage is income instabily. Almost their income depends on the sales of products sold out and this
is certainly not stable.for instance, if people decide to sell coats or sweater, I think they just can gain
more profits in the winter. This result in customer’taste plays a vital role in the development of a self-
employed business.

In conclusion, there are two main benefits of this phenomenon are the financial independence and
reducing stress. The disadvantages are that self-employment have to handle all of things and do not
have much supports from investors like companies or big organisations. Moreover, the variation of
income can be a big concern for self-entrepreneurs.
