CSHK is required to ensure the proposed equipment fully conform to contractual requirements, actual and implied warranties. Any approved submission shall be used in strict accordance with relevant requirements in respective areas specified in the Contract.

General Comment on EL Material Submission Active Harmonic Filter:
1. The Contractor shall re-submit the Compliance List and refer clause markup on the catalogue / report as per ArchSD EL Spec. 2017 Corrigendum No. 2. (ArchSD G.S.) 2. The Contractor shall substantiate the revised version of the following test certs / for the compliance of ArchSD G.S. a. IEC 61000-4-3:2006 & 2010 [Clause C5.16.1 (c)] 3. The Contractor shall provide highlight the parameters in the catalogue for the compliance of ArchSD G.S., a. C5.16.1 (f) b. C5.16.2 (c), (f) c. C5.16.3 (a), (b), (d), (e), (f), d. etc 4. The Contractor shall update the certificate for ISO 9001: 2015 (P.29 ). 5. The Contractor shall provide document to substantiate the assumed THD(i) (%) of each type of project team to vet harmonic current calculation of MCC (P. 42 58). 6. The Contractor shall ensure the selected Active Harmonic Filters comply with the requirement of Code of Practice for Energy Efficiency of Building Services Installation (BEC) 2018.
