Agent-Anywhere App Screen Flow

1. Agent Login Page (Sprint 1). On successful login


2. Agents Services List (List of Banks and telecom companies which agents is registered with to
provide service). This list can be show as hyperlink or Icon from which the user can choose.
3. Choose any Bank from the list. Upon clicking, agent is taken to that bank’s list of functions
page.
4. Display following list of banking functions as Hyperlink or Icons
a. Cash Withdrawal
b. Cash Deposit
c. Funds Transfer
d. Customer Balance Enquiry
e. Agent balance enquiry
5. Agent Chooses – Cash Withdrawal

Following fields should be available for Input in given order. The Submit button should be available
at the bottom of the screen to submit the transactions for processing.

Field Name Field Properties

Customer Account Number Customer Account Number with Bank,


Account number should be validated with
the database for the particular Bank.
Customer Name Auto display of customer name upon input
of Account Number (would be useful for
Agent to cross validate with ID Proof, if any
provided by Customer)
Balance Auto Display of Available Balance captured
for Customer Account as per Agent
Anywhere DB (opening balance as loaded
in the Agent Anywhere DB by connecting
with Core banking System)
Cheque Number (Optional) Serial Number of Cheque Drawn for cash
withdrawal

Withdrawal Amount Amount Field. Error should be displayed if


the Amount is greater than the Balance or
if the Amount is greater than the allowed
limit for transaction using Agent Anywhere
application.
Debit Remarks Text Field.
Transaction Validation, if opted/required by Bank:

On clicking Submit, The transaction Authentication process should be triggered as per preference set
by the Bank for authentication.

a. Validation through Mobile OTP:

The Customer should request Bank for OTP mentioning Agent ID and Transaction Amount from
registered mobile number. Bank will send the OTP to Customer and Agent. Both the OTP should be
entered in the Application and click on submit button to complete the transaction.

On security angle, the OTP sent to Agent mobile should be auto captured by Agent Anywhere and
stored in the “Agent OTP” field and the field should be hidden in the screen.

Customer OTP OTP Field (Agent to get the OTP from


Customer and input the same in this field.
Value entered here will be validated
against the OTP auto stored in “Agent
OTP” field).

b. Finger Print or Eye Retina Scan validation:

Standard interfacing screens used for Finger print or Eye retina scan validation can be used.

On successful transaction completion display the following transaction receipt. There should be an
option provided to generate and send SMS to Customer mobile number as acknowledgement.

6. Agent Chooses – Cash Deposit

Following fields should be available for Input in given order. The Submit button should be available
at the bottom of the screen to submit the transactions for processing.
