Procedures

Purpose: To make a delicious mung bean
sweet soup.

Ingredients:
200 grams of mung beans
1 liter of water
100 grams of sugar (adjust to taste)
2 pandan leaves (optional, for fragrance)
100 ml coconut milk (optional, for
creaminess)
¼ teaspoon salt
STEPS
1. Firstly, Rinse the Mung Beans
2. Second, Soak them in water for about 2–3
hours to soften
3. Then Boil the Beans for about 30–40
minutes
4. After that Add Sugar and Salt
5. Then Add Coconut Milk (Optional), keep
the heat low.
6. Add pandan leaves.
7. Turn off the heat and let the soup cool for
a few minutes.
8. Finally, Your soup is ready to be served.
