Assignment 2: Project Charter for a toy Objective To develop a talking toy that will help toddlers to learn to talk faster. Assumptions Project team will be committed and available when and as they are needed until end of project Availability of quality assurers during testing Required hardware resources will be available when and as they are needed. A significant percentage of the project staff will be experienced with the technical Access to industry experts and specialized skills will occur as needed. A "full-time" resource implies at least 35 hours productive work per week The statistics used in preparing the estimates are accurate within a given percentage. Risks Budget insufficient Schedule- A delay in one task causes cascading delays in dependent tasks.-implementation. Regulatory Body decision Design and Implementation- Inappropriate design leads to redesign and re-implementation.
