ASSIGNMENT 4 ( GROUP ACTIVITY )

THE CLASS IS BEEN DIVIDED INTO 11 GROUPS , EACH OF THE GROUP WAS
BEEN GIVEN A TASK WHICH WAS JUST TO ENHANCE THE ASPECT OF GROUP
COMMUNICATION AND INSTILL THE ASPECT OF AS TO HOW ONE SHOULD
PERFORM IN THE GROUP

THE TOPICS WHICH EACH OF THE GROUP WAS BEEN GIVEN GOES AS UNDER –

1. This GROUP NUMBER 1 was been given two questions to answer the (A) How will you
deal with Conflict in a Group and also as to how will you overcome the difficulties (B)
Discuss about the most struggling phase of your life and how have you overcome it ,the
students are required to write about their emotions , to vent out their gust of emotions and to
make them emotionally strong .

2.This GROUP NUMBER 2 was been given two questions to answer the (1) What
according to you is the most important thing for a person to communicate in a Group?
(2) What is the most desirable thing a person should have ?, these questions would give
the insight about the thinking pattern of the students to see as to what they consider the most
while talking in a Group or group communication , and also what according to them is the
most desirable trait which a person should have , does it deals with having a perfect
communication ability or something else.
3. This GROUP NUMBER 3 was been given a product launch , they were been told to
make a product launch , they made a plan of business and a lucrative message to attract the
customer , this was been given to see how well they understand the term and importance of
right message to the right kind of person

4. This GROUP NUMBER 4 was been given a creepy story to see their imaginative skills ,
the group wrote a story which was kiddish , this was just to give a little wings to the
imaginative power of the students , the students tried well , though the story was more of a
funny nature rather than been creepy , but it was good efforts

5. This GROUP NUMBER 5 was been given a task to discuss upon the aspect of each of the
members positive attribute which they have to justify on grounds that have to clarified among
the group formed , students did well , they have brought out the positive qualities of each of
the members and have proven it to the best of their ability.

6.This GROUP NUMBER 6 was been given a task to write something about the
achievements of them , just to see their writing skills and also as to what achievements the
students have made till so far by the time they have reached to MBA , the second part , the
students were required to write upon as to what they want to achieve in life and how will they
be doing that thing .

7. This GROUP NUMBER 7 was been given a task to describe the biggest mistake of their
life that has changed their personality and the intention was just to see as to whether that
mistake is still lingering on or the change has been done , it was not an easy task to bring out
the mistakes of each of the students but the students did very well

8. This GROUP NUMBER 8 was been given a task to define What’s your problem the
task was to discuss openly Infront of each other the positive and the negative traits of each
other , the aim was to bring out the SWOT of the students were they able to do it or not and
yes the students did commendable.

9.The GROUP NUMBER 9 was been given a task to write upon one such mistake which
they have done or the biggest and the gravest mistake of the life , it could be anything , it was
just to see that has the mistake changed the person way of looking the things in a better way
and as to how they have learned from the mistakes , it was the realization and if the
realisation is been done with proper assistance of getting what is wrong the personality will
change .
10. The group number 10 was been given few words to develop a story the idea behind giving
this was to see the creative angle of the students and usage of well-constructed sentences ,
and to see what new or how are the students going to use right word in right time and in
which context , to put it in nutshell the students written communication ability was been
checked in this aspect – the words include , write a story using ---beautiful
,barren,crawled,kind,limitless,snowy and smiled .

11. This GROUP NUMBER 11 was been given a task to write something about the
achievements of them , just to see their writing skills and also as to what achievements the
students have made till so far by the time they have reached to MBA , the second part , the
students were required to write upon as to what they want to achieve in life and how will they
be doing that thing
