Location - Pune (Hybrid)


Work Experience - 0 to 2 years

Job Description:

We are looking for Operations Associate to configure and manage our Jombay Technology
Platform. This is a client support and system configuration role and NOT a software
development role. You will work across Operations, Program Management, QA and
Engineering teams to implement our systems for our clients as well as troubleshoot issues
faced by our clients.

Responsibilities:

1.​ Configuration of Jombay’s technology platforms according to client requirements.


2.​ Debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring end user issues are fully resolved.
3.​ Respond promptly and professionally to end user inquiries via email or ticketing
systems. Ensuring quality responses within the given TATs.
4.​ Coordinating with various internal teams to escalate and prioritize client issues to
ensure quality service delivery.
5.​ Providing Data Analysis to the clients and the internal teams.
6.​ Regular updates of the internal stakeholder and partner database.

Skills & Qualifications:

●​ Education: Engineering / BCA / MCA / any Technical/Semi-Technical background


preferred.
●​ Skills:
○​ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
○​ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
○​ Tech-savvy with troubleshooting knowledge related to software platforms.
○​ Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced features (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP,
Pivot Tables, Mail Merge).
○​ Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members at various
levels.
●​ Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
