Greetings of Peace!

On behalf of the Barangay Council of Barangay Lubas, I respectfully request your kind consideration
and support for the installation of an internet connection at our Barangay Outpost.

The Barangay Outpost serves as a vital hub for public safety and order within our community. It is
manned by our Barangay Tanods and personnel from the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station (LTMPS).

The availability of a reliable internet connection at the Outpost will significantly enhance our
capabilities in several ways. It will facilitate faster information flow, enabling real-time communication
with the LTMPS and other relevant agencies regarding security concerns and providing immediate
access to critical information and updates on emergencies, such as weather advisories and disaster
alerts. Furthermore, it will improve reporting by allowing for efficient submission of daily reports and
incident logs to the LTMPS and other concerned authorities, while also enabling faster dissemination
of important information to the community through online platforms. Finally, it will enhance
operational efficiency by granting access to online resources and databases for investigative
purposes and intelligence gathering.

We understand that budgetary constraints may exist, and we are therefore humbly requesting any
available financial assistance that you can provide to help us achieve this crucial objective.

We believe that this initiative will greatly improve public safety and order within our community and
contribute to a more secure environment for all our residents.
