To reset your Voice Mail Inbox.

· Go To: https://mxjuvntcmvm1.mxju.uc.brp.com/inbox/

On the Sign-In login page,

· Enter your BRP Username (User ID) and Password

Once logged in,

· Press “Delete Message” To erase all the voicemails in the inbox

· Go to “Deleted Tab”

· Press “Empty Deleted Items”

· Press ”Permanently remove all deleted messages” YES

If you experience any issues, please report it to the Telecom Team.


To reset your Voice Mail PINs

· Go To: https://usstvntsmacs.brp.local/app/#/login

On the “Self Serve – Telephony” login page,

· Enter your BRP Username (User ID) and Password

Once logged in,

· Press “Voicemail PIN Reset”

· Enter New PIN

· Confirm PIN

· Press Reset PIN

If you experience any issues, please report it to the Telecom Team.
