Guide to installing Intune onto an Apple device


To enrol into Intune, please follow the steps shown below:

Example: APPLE iPHONE

1. Firstly open the ‘App store’ and search for ‘Company Portal’.
2. Once downloaded, please launch the App and enter your Unilever email address.

3. Once you have entered your email address, the page will redirect to the Unilever themed log-
in space where you can then enter your password.
4. These details will be your Unilever credentials. Once read, accept the Unilever terms.

5. Next you need to select ‘Begin’ to be start the enrolment.


6. When the next page loads, please select ‘Continue’.

7. Press ‘Continue’ past the privacy page, and then select ‘Enrol’.

8. This will prompt you to complete the MFA process.


9. NOTE: If you require guidance with MFA, please see the embedded document at the top of
this guide. Once this is completed, you can then ‘Install’ the management profile.

10. You will then be asked to enter your passcode so the profile can install.
11. When the option appears, please select ‘Install’.

12. Again, please select ‘Install’.


13. Once selected you will be prompted to ‘Trust’ the remote management.

14. Now that it is installed, please select ‘Done’.


15. Then proceed to ‘Open’ the page in the company portal.

16. Next you need to complete the device compliance check by selecting ‘Continue’.
17. Please press ‘Install’ OneDrive.

18. Once the installation is successful, select ‘Continue’.


19. The enrolment is now complete so please select ‘Done’.
