Lynwood Christian Academy Inc. is in preparation for the S.Y 2024-2025. In line with this,
we will be conducting our In-service training (INSET) this July 17, 18 and 19.

In this connection, we are asking for the financial assistance/support for the causes for this
said event.

1. Food for teachers and staff (3 days)


Teachers-13
Staff-5 Breakfast (coffee and bread)- 50/head
Lunch-150/head - 200x18 = 3,600

3,600x3 days _________ ₱ 10, 800

2. Prizes for games and assessment examination

Games for 3 days (2 games each day)- 200/day _________ ₱ 600

Assessment examination
1st place (200 worth)
2nd Place (150 worth)

3rd Place (100 worth) _________ ₱ 450

TOTAL ₱11, 850
