Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will
have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development in a product company, with a strong
background in creating innovative solutions, mobile applications, and integrating with backend APIs. As a
Software Developer, you will be responsible for both individual contributions and collaborative teamwork
to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile apps and integrate with backend APIs, to meet business
requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify
technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and performance.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver projects on time and
within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in software development to continuously
improve skills and contribute to innovation.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and
retrospectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.


- Native Android App Development (Java or Kotlin)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development. Preferably familiar with
healthcare, customer requirements and regulations.
- Knowledge and experience working with database systems like SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.


- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for infrastructure as code.
