OFFICE ORDER

Mr. Adamya Godara, student of MBBS Batch 2022has been found keeping Mobile
Phone (Smart Phone) in the College on during teaching hours second time. This is
strictly against the rules of the Institution mentioned in Student's Manual.

As per the Internal Order of Chairman Sir (Letter no: SRMS/Trust/2023-20241120,


dated 01-06-2024), he is not permitted to use Multimedia Mobile Phone. Despite this,
:
he broke the rulei and as per regulation in the Manual & also the Affidavit submitted
by the students a fine of Rs. 25,0001- for the first time, Rs. 35,000/- for the second
time and rustication from the college in case he/she defaults for third time. Hence Rs.
35,000/- fine is imposed on him.

He has been also found challenging Institutional Rulesi Regulation as improper dress
and unshaved for this act of indiscipline he is fined Rs. 2,0001- to be deposited on or
before 30.12.2024.

He is directed to deposit the fine on/before 30th Decemberr 2024 else Rs. 2001- per
day will be charged extra.

In case he is aggrieved with the decision of the undersigned, he can make a mercy
appeal before ihe Chairman Sir.
