cooking oils like mustard oil, peanut oil, and soybean oil etc, as well as a
variety of flours such as wheat flour, rice flour, multigrain flour, corn
flour, rice flour.etc . Additionally, we offer a wide selection of spice
blends, including turmeric, chili powder, coriander, garam masala, and

What sets our brand apart is our unique approach: we prepare and
package these products right in front of our customers at a live counter.
This not only ensures complete transparency in the production process
but also allows customers to see the freshness and quality of the
ingredients used. We take pride in offering products that are completely
free from chemical food colors or preservatives, ensuring that what our
customers receive is as natural and pure as possible.
To further enhance the customer experience, all of our products are

Conclusion:
In conclusion, the small-scale oil, spice, and flour production operation
simulated through this assignment provides valuable insight into the
intricacies of setting up and running a food business from scratch. By
focusing on the entire process—from sourcing raw materials to live
preparation, and finally packaging in front of customers—we gain a
deeper understanding of how to balance quality control, efficiency, and
customer engagement.
The live counter model not only enhances transparency but also builds
customer trust by showcasing the purity and freshness of the products,
free from preservatives or artificial additives. This approach, combined
with the ability to personalize products according to customer
preferences, creates a unique and interactive experience that encourages
repeat business and brand loyalty.
