INTRODUCTION

Last week we explored the world of Chatbot development using NoCode tools and also the type
of chatbots based on Technology which are; Rule-based Chatbot, Ai Chatbot & Agentic
Chatbots.

We also learned to use TypeBot to build simple rule-based chatbots but unfortunately most of
us faced difficulty as the platform was no longer reliable hence the need to switch to a different
NoCode platform BotPress

BotPress just like TypeBot is a NoCode Chatbot development platform and over the years they
have grown and become more advanced catering for a wide range of audience and that has
also made their system very technical and not friendly to beginners. Which is why it was not my
first choice for a Rule-Based chatbot.
