wire carrying a current of 6 A.
iii) A circular loop of radius 9.2 cm carries a current of 2.3 A. Obtain the magnitude of
magnetic field at the center of loop
iv) state faraday’s laws of electromagnetic induction

v) A circular coil of 300 turns and diameter 14 cm carries a current of 15A. Calculate the
magnitude of the magnetic dipole moment associated with the coil.

Q.4. Attempt any two
i) An emf of 91 mV is induced in the windings of a coil, when the current in a nearby
coil is increasing at the rate of 1.3 A/s, what is the mutual inductance (M) of the two
coils in mH?
ii) A current of equal magnitude flows through two long parallel wires separated by 0.2
cm. If force per unit length of 4 ×10–2 N/m acts on both the wires respectively,
calculate the current through each wire
iii) Obtain an expression for magnetic induction along the axis of toroid on the basis of
Ampere's circuital law.
