"My greatest strength is my adaptability and willingness to learn. During my internship at Infosys, I
quickly adapted to new tools and technologies like Power BI to create effective dashboards, even
though I was initially less familiar with the platform. This ability to embrace challenges and learn on
the go has helped me deliver results and meet deadlines consistently. I believe this strength will
enable me to contribute effectively to your team, even in dynamic and evolving environments."
"My greatest weakness is that I sometimes take on too many tasks at once, wanting to contribute in
every way I can. While this shows my enthusiasm, I’ve learned that it can affect my ability to focus
on the most important tasks. To address this, I’ve been working on prioritizing tasks more effectively
and using tools like task management apps to stay organized and ensure I focus on what matters
most."
I bring strong skills in SQL and Power BI, which I honed during my internship at Infosys, where I
delivered actionable insights using data analysis and visualization. Additionally, I have a foundational
understanding of Python and am actively improving it to become more versatile for this role.
I am excited about the opportunity to apply my technical expertise and contribute to our
organization's continued global success.
Good afternoon, and thank u for this opportunity, my name is Sagar Thube, and I am currently
pursuing my graduation in Bachelor of Computer Applications. I have developed a strong foundation
in SQL and Power BI, which I have used extensively in academic and internship projects.
During my internship at Infosys, I worked on a sales data analysis project, where I created
dashboards and provided actionable insights. This experience helped me strengthen my skills in data
visualization and database management while learning how to collaborate effectively in a
professional environment.
During my ongoing 5th-semester exams, I am also working on a challenging project that requires
balancing academic commitments and project deadlines. For example, during my internship at
Infosys, I faced a similar situation where I worked on a sales data analysis project with a tight
deadline and data inconsistencies. I used SQL to clean and structure the data, collaborated with my
team, and delivered accurate insights on time. This experience, coupled with my current
multitasking efforts, has enhanced my problem-solving and time-management skills.
I want to work with Jade Global because of its strong reputation for innovation and delivering quality
IT solutions. I’m impressed by your global presence and commitment to growth. I believe my skills in
SQL and Power BI, along with my enthusiasm to take on challenges, make me a good fit to
contribute and grow with your team.
Situational Q.
Q1. What would you do if the work of a subordinate or team member was not up to expectations?
I would start by having an open and honest conversation with the team member to understand the
root cause of the issue. Often, it’s due to miscommunication or unclear expectations. Once
identified, I’d work with them to create a plan for improvement and provide the necessary support
to help them meet the standards.
Q2. A co-worker tells you in confidence that she plans to call in sick while actually taking a week’s
vacation. What would you do and why?
I would advise the co-worker against being dishonest, explaining how it affects team productivity
and trust. I’d emphasize that such actions can harm their reputation and the team, encouraging
them to address their vacation needs openly with the manager.
Q3. Describe how you would handle the situation if you met resistance when introducing a new
idea or policy to a team or work group.
I would listen to the team’s concerns, understand their perspective, and address their questions. By
presenting clear benefits and staying confident in the idea, I’d work to build trust and gradually gain
their support for the new policy or idea.
Q4. What would you do if the priorities on a project you were working on changed suddenly?
I would immediately communicate the changes to the team and understand the reasons behind the
shift in priorities. Then, I would collaborate with the team to develop a new plan that addresses the
updated priorities and ensure everyone is aligned to avoid any further confusion.
Q5. How would you handle it if you believed strongly in a recommendation you made in a
meeting, but most of your co-workers shot it down?
I would respectfully continue to explain my recommendation with concrete examples and evidence
to back it up. However, if my colleagues still disagreed, I would accept their decision, learn from the
feedback, and move forward, keeping the team's goals in mind.
Q6. In a training session, you find that the trainer has a thick accent, and you can’t understand
what’s being said. What would you do?
I would politely ask questions for clarification and take notes to the best of my ability. Afterward, I
would compare notes with colleagues to ensure I fully understood the material and reinforce the
learning by discussing it with them.
Q7. List the steps that you would take to make an important decision on the job.
Q8. What would you do if you realized at deadline time that a report you wrote for your boss or
professor was not up to par?
Q9. You disagree with the way your supervisor says to handle a problem. What would you do?
I would respectfully express my concerns and suggest an alternative approach, backing it up with
logical reasoning. If my supervisor insists on their method, I would trust their judgment and follow
their guidance, while learning from the experience.
